Our Journey
Founders Patty Flores, CEO and Iris Hosea, President met while working together in 2015. We started Festively in 2019 to help moms easily find talented vendors in their community. We built a custom marketplace to connect vendors with clients and created a thriving small business community. In 2023, we shifted to focus on corporate events to reflect our industry expertise.
Our Mission
Festively’s long term mission is to help 100,000 minority women in the US build thriving businesses for themselves and their families by living their passions to create & serve through event services, gift making & more.
When these entrepreneurs succeed, they reinvest dollars in their communities, volunteer time into schools and local organizations, and create jobs for others.

Fun Facts
1. We are both moms of two boys, and Patty also has a bonus daughter.
2. Patty fosters kittens, except sometimes she doesn’t give them back.
3. Iris loves cooking, especially making dishes using her family recipes from Louisiana where she’s originally from.
4. Patty gets nervous going to networking events and Iris gets energized.
5. Daily meditation and affirmations keep us focused during challenging times.
